Girls Camp

I am so excited to be back in the Young Women program! I was gone for about 6 months, and I'm loving being back as the 1st Counselor. Camp this year was pretty low key because of trek. We camped at Crystal Hot Springs in Honeyville, UT. The girls had fun swimming in the hot springs and relaxing around camp. They also got to do baptisms for the dead at the Brigham City and Logan temples.

I am so impressed by all of our young women. They are so kind to each other, and are so willing to help and serve. We have a great group (and my Mia Maids are THE best!).

My craft this year. The girls liked what we did last year so much that we did it again with the theme for this year!

Aidan came with me. Good thing there was an unlimited supply of babysitters :)

solo time

Because I had the baby with me, I decided to get a hotel room close to the campground! It was so nice! Thank goodness for reward points :)

gotta love it!

Thanks to the Bishop, we got to have Al Fox come speak to us. It was simply AMAZING! She touched all of us, and I know the girls were moved by her message. It was just what they needed to hear. She is such an example of faith. It was a great way to end camp.

Summer rain storms are the best!

Cozy boy watching the rain.

My view right now.

Kensie hands these out to the boys when they do something nice. They get to turn them in when they want to "sleep over" in her room :) #goodbigsister

Going for a ride. #dadsoldsmobile

riding in a limo. The driver took us through the drive thru for ice cream and told the worker that Madonna was in the back haha!

Arizona: Part Two

The rest of our trip was spent swimming, eating at Crackers, shopping, swimming, hunting scorpions, watching movies, relaxing, and swimming. This year we also got to go to an Arizona Diamondbacks baseball game thanks to Rich and his work! It was so much fun!! The kids loved it :)
Matt and I also got to go out for sushi (which is becoming a tradition!). It was a great vacation and we always have so much fun!

Aidan LOVED swimming!!
