The first step is admitting you have a problem.
I have a problem, and I think I can say with confidence that I'll never beat this addiction. That is, unless every show turns into America's Got Talent or the equivalent. That show blows {as do many others that I won't mention so as not to offend any readers who might like lame shows}...c'mon, it's not so bad that I have a few shows {or 50} that I like to watch, right? It could be worse....

Nothing wrong with this at all. Please tell me that you have a DVR of some sort to make your life easier? We love the same shows. Why do we live so far away from each other!?!?!?
um, no. no dvr for me :( i weep that i don't have one, but then again, i've never had one so i don't know the difference. it would be so much easier, though....no more yelling at the kids to be quiet because i'm missing a crucial moment in any given show. one day- i hope!
why DO we live so far away? didn't you guys think about that before purchasing?? you should have! J/K :)
What about Private Practice? Do you plan to watch that? So far it hasn't showed up as coming soon on any of my UK channels. Alas. I thought the pilot last year (as a Grey's spinoff) was fantastic! I love love love Addison Montgomery (Kate Walsh). Not to mention some of the other fab actors - Amy Brenaman, Tim Daly, Taye Diggs, etc. I think they changed one character since the pilot - I don't know. I hope that it is good - I'll have to catch up at Christmas (my roommate is recording them for me). -B
