Remember having "inside day" at school, where you weren't allowed to go outside for recess and instead had to play dodge ball in the gym {I wonder what game they play now, since dodge ball is no longer acceptable}? Well, today is one of those days. Luckily, it's Saturday & we have no place to be {except the Festival of Trees, which we may not be attending after all}. So far it's been a day of reading, dancing by the fire, watching a movie, and making warm treats. I must confess that I love these days. It feels like Christmas!
Also, for your viewing pleasure I thought I'd include a picture of Matt's brush with celebrity in NYC. If you don't know who this is, then I guess you've never watched SNL {or Happy Gilmore for that matter}.

All I can say that the 2 worst words a teacher can hear over the P.A. is "INDOOR RECESS"! Ahhhhh!!! No more dodge ball. Everyone (at least at my school) stays in their own classrooms and the teachers have to entertain for an additional 15 minutes that were supposed to be FREE!!! We're glad we have no place to go today either!
What a cozy inside day! Looks pretty snowy there! We had RAIN in AZ the other day and Micah's patients no-showed all day. Funny huh?
